Before the formal meeting with their party leader and the UN representative, the 5 members from central executive committee of NLD who were formally recognized by the Burmese regime, were allowed to meet with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi for 15 minutes, told by Party spoke person at press conference in their head quarter. In the same evening, Gambri would be visiting “Nay Pyi Daw”, regime’s capitol to meet with higher regime’s authority.
In the afternoon, at the NLD press conference, two spoke persons, U Han Thar Myint, U Nyan Win and one of the party leaders, U Win Tin answered questions from the attending reporters.
At the meeting, they had discussed issues on releasing all political prisoners; amending 2008 Tatmadaw-approved state constitution according to the suggestion with the opposition parties and calling for general assembly with elected candidates from the 1990 Election but none was mentioned on 2010 Election sponsored by the Tatmadaw. One of the analysis told MoeMaKa that the regime would handle separately on releasing all political prisoners and lifting house arrest of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
